This gift voucher features a unique reference ID code and may only be redeemed once. Reservations must be made directly with the hotel and not via any third party. It may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable. The monetary value of the gift voucher must be redeemed on one visit. Any remaining cash value is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. A gift voucher cannot be used within 48 hours of purchasing. Advance booking is required and the unique reference ID must be quoted at the time of booking. Please present your gift voucher upon arrival when redeeming the experience. No photocopies or digital copies will be accepted. Cancellation of a booking with less than 48 hours’ notice will render the voucher null & void. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed on special dates including Valentine’s and Mother’s Day unless otherwise stated. Terms & Conditions are subject to change.
